Shack, I've been noticing that line since last Sept, but it looks way out of reach right now. I'm of the opinion that we make a lower high in April/May, possibly 2059 or 2065. The NDX made a lower high in January, so I'm looking for that string we've had since Sept. 2000 to continue (every major pivot high was lower than the previous one).
