Tim - From what I have read in the EDGAR filings from TXB, there is nothing in the Mitsubishi - Genentech - TXB agreement from pursuing another corporation to market Novastan. It is part of TXBs short term goals to find a partner for marketing this and perhaps other near term products.

However, elsewhere I have read that TXB would like to establish its own marketing and manufacturing capabilities.

In any case, I have not seen that TXB has announced any progress on a marketing partner for North America for Novastan. Such an announcement would really add value to the stock and would make the Novastan approval far more valuable. I'm not sure how TXB will sell Novastan in the US right now. I believe that Mitsubishi will sell it elsewhere. Perhaps Genentech will be interested? That would really make things interesting!
