Windows 2000 Professional Randomly Rebooting

OK, Windows 2000 Professional is rebooting whenever it seems to feel like it. The system is a 1.13 ghz AMD Athlon, 256 Megs of RAM, 24 Burner, & an 80 gig Western Digital HD set into 3 partitions. I have already tried SEVERAL fresh installations(roughly 10 -25). The system will reboot whenever it feels necessary. Sometimes when no one is even using it, other times you will be playing a game for an hours or two and then it will, other times when you are just surfing the net or running a program. I have replaced the RAM, HD and Processor, none of which changed the problem. If someone could please offer some help on this subject, I have yet to be able to find a fix in any knowledgebase. I have also performed every Microsoft Windows Update, and all Office Updates. The system will do this even before I install any other programs, Therefore I know it isnt any of the programs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
