yep he was so stupid that he sold $100MM worth of stock last year and $20MM back to the company so it did not have to be reported until now. IMHO this guy is a low life who should be in jail. I would not be surprised if it turns out that Fastow is a bag man for Lay and Skilling. I would love to hear some of the Directors speaking to congress but my guess is that they wont.
