My conclusion is that AT&T lacks leadership with intelligence, vision, nerve and strategy.

I think a lot of people share your opinion. That's one reason why you saw a lot of MM's practically do hand stands when word came out about Bob Allen leaving the co. Unfortunately, his heir apparent is a big question mark, so many are unsure if things are going to improve w/in the next few years as originally hoped. The new CEO will have a lot to prove.
