"I would not be surprised if it turns out that Fastow is a bag man for Lay and Skilling"

A very good observation. Something like:

"we get Anderson Consulting to design it. They are not going to have trouble with what they DESIGNED. We involve all the high rollers that matter, so that there's nobody left to blow a whistle. We get auditor approval and legal approval. What is the Board to say when the auditors and legal have approved?

Then we distance Jeff from it--"he was just to busy to get into this kind of detail". And Kenny? "He just handled PR and relationship matters--not that kind of nitpicking detail."

So that leaves Andy who is more on the hook than Jeff or Kenny BUT we will put some of the partnerships offshore and he can do the distributions from there. Nothing illegal about that--no tax implications there. However, Andy is taking a greater risk and that should be reflected in the payouts. How about 40 to Andy and 30 each to Jeff and Kenny?

After all there is SOME risk here and what are we if we are not managers of risk? And there IS some risk here, even if
it is carefully contained. And nothing in this world is free."

Just a speculation, of course!

Namaste!
