I see this as a positive development for NHC, albeit indirectly. It is not surprising that the posture of the Bush administration is towards less regulation. As things get sorted out on the regulatory side then perhaps the ILECs will have what they need to start moving forwards. The Chinese and Costa Rican contracts are nice but clearly not enough to get investors excited. It's been a long road, but it looks like we'll be turning a corner in the not too distant future, for better or worse. I'm still counting on the former. Are you still keeping tabs on CYN? They have been pretty quiet lately but did announce another 1.8MM in contracts recently.
