Yes you are right. I can conveniently and selectively ignore UN resolutions that insist Israel withdraw. The UN is two-faced; on one hand they condemn Israel's so-called occupation and ignore terror groups like Hizbollah, Hamas, and Arafat's own Fatah. These groups attack Israel and Jerusalem in daily violence, which is actually a war against Israel. Where is the outcry from the UN?

There is a pattern to the violence in Israel. Arab terror groups attack Israel and Israel retaliates. Stop the attacks and Israel will stop the retaliation.

Here is the latest violence:

"The suicide bomber chose his target carefully -- a popular hangout for teenagers between a pizzeria and a fast-food shop. When he detonated his nail studded bomb, he shredded a 14-year old girl and a 15-year old boy. Another twenty-nine people, mostly children, were wounded by the blast, but survived. Six survivors were mangled by the blast, the rest suffered moderate to light wounds. The Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine claimed responsibility for the blast. As one local resident observed, "next week there will be more dead people. You can just change the names in your story." The Israelis immediately retaliated for the Jerusalem bombing, striking Palestinian targets in Nablus, killing one Palestinian 'policeman'. The missiles hit the Nablus governor's headquarters, a police station, and Yasser Arafat's personal Nablus residence."

There is even a difference between Arab terror attacks and Israeli retaliation attacks. Israel retaliates against military targets and the Arab terror groups attack civilians as listed in the above quote. Can you image the UN outrage if Israel purposely indiscriminately retaliated against Palestinians like the suicide bomber did in the above quote?

You could not be further from the truth when you say, "the pro-Israel bias of the US press is plain".

Purposely being partisan,
