Unless of course you believed that the US involvement really did amount to a war crime. I am still ambivalent about our Bosnian adventure although I felt it our duty to support the President when he sent our armed forces into action. But I don't think what Clinton did (based upon my current knowledge) amounts to a war crime and for that reason, I could not support such a process......
