Hit Start,Settings,Control Panel. Then choose Sounds and Audio Devices. Under the sound tab scroll and highlight each program event that has a speaker next to it one at a time and click the arrow to play them. When you find the offending sound delete it from that event. You do this by opening the dropdown menu next to the play arrow and scroll up to the top and choose none.. :)
