I was disappoined by the reaction to something that was, at least in my mind, supposed to be a bit of camp... I read that discussion on the Beanie thread and note the difference of perspective. Sometimes when a "bit of camp" hits really close to home, the spoof is not readily apparent. Perhaps the radio bit was sufficiently outrageous that the spoof was more evident. I avoided that discussion on both Laundry and Beanies although I was tempted because I didn't think it would be fruitful. You don't really want to get into it again, do you? Like it or not, the Laundry thread symbolizes that issue, which is not as prominent now as it was then. Karen
