Hi Bob,

In his mid-term conference call, Scott Kulicke of KLIC made it clear he sees the beginning of an upturn driven by the accelerating transition to 300 mm and .13 micron design rules.

You are precisely right: bigger wafers mean more chips per wafer throughput, with much higher need for cutting edge bonders and test probes. KLIC stock performed well this past week, as a result.
