consensus on QCOM?

I saw many comments on technology here and would like to see the consensus of QCOM's stock price in the next half year. Everyone please comment if you have time:

1. Where do you see QCOM stock going? 20s or 60s?
2. With the obvious slowdown in wireless subscriber growth, do we see the full effect on QCOM price already or the worst is still coming?
3. Do you buy, hold, sell or sell short QCOM?
4. PCS has debt/equity over 11, incurring huge debt interest payment while operation still losing money, I think PCS may go bankrupt, do you think this is possible?
5. If PCS bankrupt, what kind of effect it has on QCOM?
