Numbers I took was off the January quarterly report. Either they haven't taken them off yet or they did not show them on the report. The financials are terrible in my opinion. Shareholder equity dropped $5+ billion last year. They ended the year with just $719 mil in cash. Can you tell me how they are going to fund the Bertellsmann(sp) purchase? will they add even more debt. All those copyrights and media brands are nice but wouldn't it be nice if they could turn those assets into some profits. What "formula" do you use to calculate a $125 market cap?

$13 bil in current debt and $23 bil of longterm debt. Current debt was more than quarterly sales. Annual sales were $38 bil. Total debt is $36 bil. 95cents of debt for every dollar of annual sales. This one needs a cross arm because I certainly see a train wreck coming.
