Hey John,

I was there - and my impressions were basically the same as yours. I'd add that:

(a) I expected a much smaller crowd than actually appeared;

(b) Many firms that had sprawling displays covering whole quarters or eighths of the Expo floor in the past are now occupying tiny, 12' by 12' booths. And, there were a few highly conspicuous absences; and,

(c) Booth bait seems to be the definitive marketing approach of choice this year.
