Tippet, you can get the daily values here: cboe.com and if you want historical data go to cboe.com and chose the date for which you are interested in the data, I don't know a consolidate chart for these, and I always look at the "equities only" P/C ratio and indices only P/C ratios since they are often played by two opposing market participants sectors.
