What do you make of the recent fund flows out of techs. Is it contrarian or is it something similiar to the panic buying we saw in 1999/early 2000...of course this time in the opposite direction...leading to panic selling of technology stocks. That is why I am not comfortable in looking at this as contrarian at this point...but thinking about it. I am somewhere in the middle and hoping to make a decision on which way to play the market--but there still seems to be too much risk of the panic selling scenario. I saw this on another thread on the tech outflows? Any comments? Message 17072036
