That our enemies will have to work harder to gather the info on our weapons systems? Har Har Har, it's not the spec's he's keeping secret, it's the money and the results. Rumsfeld wants lots of money for no results and he can only get that if nobody looks at what he is doing. Once deemed ready for procurement Once he has extracted all the money for Carlyle he can get then they will let the Pentagon see what a mess that was charged to their budget. TP
