Do you have a link that shows AMD's access to the Alpha patents?

I'm going strictly from memory but I seem to recall that Intel and DEC had to get FTC approval for their settlement and one of the conditions was that Intel couldn't be the only one licensed to manufacture Alpha. AMD was also granted a license but being barely able to manufacture their own processors they declined to get into the Alpha business.
