John, I have been pondering what the reactions to this will be. As long as it doesn't effect the options holders, there shouldn't be any immediate issue with a flood of shares diluting stock prices to get out in front of any new regs. Right now, I am trying to figure out how to be affected by this in the least way. I believe that current sentiment will make the passage of such regs to be pretty much a fete accompli. Did you post this before or after our discussion today?
