Thanks OSC, very similar situations Eh?
If you take a look at 1987 as compared to now you can see the ramifications of what kind of a crash we may be in for if the markets fall apart here. The crash in 1987 will probably be Nothing compared to the type of crash that Could be possible in the near future. If you take a look at the 1 year chart of the Dow then you can see that the severity of the declines has been steadily increasing. That would leave the next 'correction', and the next, being more severe than the previous one. I think that Short term we will be getting another 'correction'. Whether or not it will be as severe as the previous declines will have to be seen.

What Bernard and I are working on with the iHub board is following the FTSI as a leading indicator of the Dows trading pattern. If you look at Friday you can see that the FTSI dropped in the morning, rallied back to just above the MAs and then declined into the close. The Plan called for purchasing Puts on the Dow, also using some other indicators explained on the board, and that was indeed the correct call. The Dow opened by dropping in the morning, rallied back to just above the moving averages and then declined into the close. Coincidence? We have been seeing this type of repeating pattern a Lot. This morning the FTSI continues to drop and most likely that will be what the Dow will do also on Tuesday morning.

Here is a link to the board. I think that I already gave it to you but just in case you forgot. Hope to see you there!
