My gosh, that document by Bill Parish is one of the biggest pieces of horse manure I've ever seen. No wonder the public is so confused. He has enough truth in it to be dangerous, but many of his assertions and conclusions are way off base. It's almost like this guy has no accounting or finance training. I don't know his background, but it must be pretty light, or at least if he has the training, he didn't learn much.

The truth in his doc include the tax benefits from stock options exercise, the large o/s share number, and the pooling method. Today the pooling method is no longer used. The other two are still a concern to me, but this is a company stock price specific concern. Bill Parish, on the other hand, is likening this to the end of the world and the collapse of the economy. He is clearly a conspiracy theorist.
