Claude : I don't fault your analysis, but there are a limited number of MFL's with that size and cost structure and the majors know that. If they wait for 325 or 350 and for price to stabilize there, they will pay more and risk missing out. Since it will take 2 yrs to production anyway, leaders like Lassonde with cash and future projections of 350 could be expected to be proactive and take some risk and move now, getting the best deposits. They're already overpaying for producers at 275.
