The Moron does not understand that MS designs to the Intel hardware standard. When MS has an error in its design then it has to produce a patch to sure either its design error or failure to match the Intel standard.

AMD on the other hand is a pure copycat. It copies the Intel standard in hardware and tries to get it to tun on the MS software. When AMD fails, it has to beg MS for a patch and or change its design.

AMD also has to copy the Intel standards for system infrastructure. AMD has to meet PCI bus and USB standards for chipsets -- it can not longer on just using Intel's sockets.

This has proved a problem for AMD when 3Com NICs -- that work just fine with Intel designs -- won't work with AMD's MP junk. And AMD can't implement USB 1.0 with its MP design. So system makers need a HARDWARE PATCH -- a separate USB card -- to get its MP junk to work.
