what do you think of this post on the subject, Message 17074513 From my perspective, this witchhunt atmosphere wrt options is a little scary. It smacks of a sort of jealousy on the part of the naysayers calling for the most extreme reforms - mostly people who have never built companies and have no concept of "sweat equity". Lizzie
