There are several ways to deliver a warhead. You claim we should defend against only some of them.

We need to cover all the bases. Saying after the fact, "Well, we stopped the ones that were sailed into harbors, and those that were fired from tuna boats, but we didn't get the one that was fired from _____, and that's why (NY, LA, Dallas, Miami) now glows in the dark even though it doesn't need power any more." is unacceptable.

And I don't know what the ultimate specs or capabilities will be, and I doubt you do, because that's part of what they're developming.

I haven't been watching too much James Bond. You've been watching too little reality.

Rumsfeld is no con. If the American public was given an opportunity to make that choice between you and him being cons, well...
