Rich, here's some BP's from Vess. He uses the 20-day EMA, which gives a better signal, but it's a bit later in the event. clearstation.etrade.com Notice the SP telecom index. The raw BP number is around 10, but it is still not a buy according to the crossover. That's why it is best to use the $BP indexes with a 13-day EMA or 20-day EMA to get a true reading on where the index is going.
