When war saves lives it is not murderous. Can you deny the reality that far more people would be dead today in Afghanistan without our war effort? What is your goal? Saving innocent lives from torture, starvation, poverty, slavery and brutality, or sitting on a high horse and pretending it doesn't matter if I we nothing, when doing nothing kills millions? The fact is our war effort saved many thousands of lives, perhaps even millions from starvation. When the battle is just, good people will follow their conscience and do what is right for the greater good. Not only has our war effort thus far saved lives. But through the extermination of terrorist cells has no doubt saved thousands in the future. Pacifists may believe it is morally right to idly sit-by and watch people starve and be tortured to death. But that's the main reason they are such a small radical fringe group of idealistic foolish people.
