Rami, using the numbers the Friedman guy used I come up with $43 a share. Not trying to split hairs but it seems his math is off.If CAL gets $18 pershare times 49.31 mln shrs=887.58 mln. 25% of this goes to CALGZ or 221.89 mln divided 5.1 mln shares = $43.50 per CALGZ. Believe me if the low upside is $14.70(using the actual damages) and the high upside is $43 I won't complain but the math problems do confuse me. Have a good weekend and keep the info streeam flowing.
