Thanks elmat,

I didn't realize the Angolans were competing against the likes of Bechtel, Fluor and Boygues. Ya learns sumpin' new every day.

So, I take it that the when the government fails, the answer isn't to fix the government, but to cave in to the special interests? Sorry, I ain't buying it. I can see strategically, and that road leads to ruin. Much better to fix the government. It's not impossible. We did it here in the U.S. starting in 1932, the last time we were in as much financial distress as we are in today. Largely because of misguided efforts to privatize solutions to common needs in the 1920's.

Cordially, Ray
