Rich,
Was talking to a friend who is in the business of limited partnerships of real estate primarily medium to upscale apartments. Renters who have solid jobs are buying homes because of low interest rates and good deals. Renters who have been laid off or have no confidence in their job future are leaving apartments and returning home or doubling/ tripling up with others to conserve money.
So that hot apartment activity in places like Raleigh/Durham or Charlotte have cooled off.
Aren't you in that field of condos etc.?
