Sounds like a perfect scenario : Announce good quarter results on 1/31 (good means 9 EPA cents from last quarter 4 cents) stock holds or goes up to 160+ Insiders start unloading on 2/5 Stock splits on 2/7 and more unloading. The market has 5 million shares. If they unload another 5 million the supply of stock goes up 100% while demand should stay the same. Result ? BIG DROP hidden by guess what : STOCK SPLIT !! Average investor still doesn't have a clue !! So keep on buying GUYS !!!
