Homebuilders- From Bond Talk: The National Association of Homebuilders' housing market index fell to 58 in February from 60 in January (revised down from 61 initially). The decline resulted from weakness in the current sales component (61 in Feb. vs. 64 in Jan.) and the buyer-traffic component (46 in Feb. vs. 50 in Jan.). Expectations about sales over the next six months was unchanged at a solid 66.
