Don't get cocky. Democrats thrive on the passions, fears, and prejudices of the uneducated and ill-informed, of which there are many millions. Their propaganda machine works 24 hours a day -- witness this and other SI threads. The liberal Democrat-run public educational system, which they've controlled and driven into the ground for the past 40+ years, has produced a lot of pitifully uneducated high school and college graduates. Today's college degree is hardly much more than yesteryear's high school diploma. Just watch an episode of "Jay Walking" on the Tonight Show some time. It's enough to make you wretch. Even Leno appears appalled by the ignorance he runs into regularly.
