Dale: Not sure if your goal is to actually find reliable forecasters or to ridicule the "hypesters", but FWIW, here is a recent post from my thread:

Disclosure: I am not a guru-wannabe, but do take pride in my TA skills, and usually don't post "predictions" unless I can back them up with solid technical analysis. My success rate is probably 50%. There are other posts on this thread that can back that up, if necessary.
