i don't have data, but i seem to remember that all ten top timers were bullish in jan 99, the market did correct from there and went higher, there may have been some other times in 99 that the consensus reached that level too?

there are times to run with the crowd and times to be a contrarian, there is no doubt that extreme sentiment is found at market turning points, however basing those extremes on recent past market levels can be elusive.
