I can't believe ONIS is selling out so cheap. Hopefully Nortel or Cisco will make a better offer. I think it is worth more to them just to keep it away from CIENA. The premium on this "takeunder" is pathetic... <20%.

If I get a chance to vote on this, my shares say no go!
I really expected ONIS to become a dominate player in optical networking in the future...
