On this thread people have come up with compilation's based on any various ideas. My idea was to come up with a list of songs about actual events or people in history. ( all PRE 9-11 songs)

Here's my list.

1940's  "As Above, So Below",   Manfred Mann's Earth Band
(by a recording made in Surrey, England during the Second World War, by an ornithologist intending to record Nightingales.The bombers flew over at the same time and were recorded by accident. The recording has been incorporated in 'As above, So below'.)
