I think the all time high is just over 50. Like 50.25 or something.
I still firmly believe the housing sector will eventually fall apart, I'm just wondering though if we don't get some kind of climatic blow off top as the techs did in '00.
I still have one average up there if I decide to take it, I'll wait until it hits 50ish though.
