Other than special situations like High rises and office buildings in Major metropolitan areas and maybe some overpriced stuff in Silicon Valley I think there is no shot of blow off top in Real Estate..
In Florida WCI opens a 300 million dollar condo tower on Marco Island and sells out in 3 days.
We opened some product in Celebration put 39 units on the market at a 30 percent increase over last offering and without any advertising sold 35 units in two months just working list of people that couldnt get in first phase..
Units that were 129,900 a year ago going for $150,000/$160,000 on Resale market.
FArmers in Palm Beach County getting $160 to 180,000 an acre for raw land that was $80K 3/4 years ago.
