That does sopund like a booming place, climate considered though. It also sounds like the ground work for a blow off top, IMO.
You, and your geo location will no doubt be one of the last feet to drop on the RE markets, and it might not even be that severe where you are, but again, raw land doubling in price within a year? Wow! how long can that last?
