For the fundamentals I use quickencom and click on the investment tab. It has more comparative data than SmartMoney, and compares the fundamentals against actual industry/sector competition, along with the S&P500. The lazy man's way is stockscorescom, but it's far more technical than fundamental. As for futures and options, are you going to use hedging strategies with derivatives? Or are you going to use convergent/divergent market-neutral pairtrades for the hedges? The pairtrades seem to work fairly well, and seem to have less risk than the derivatives strategies, IMHO.
So are you going to use an all cap approach, or still follow different sectors? I assume you'll use some variation of modern portfolio theory for the portfolio?
