Texas passed a 1 billion dollar bond for the project Again? Is this that big tunnel near Waxahachi? I thought that was abandoned and turned into safe storage for computer disks years ago. I support basic research in physics but I don't know enough about a new facility plan to have an opinion. I don't remember seeing it on a ballot but sometimes you can't figure out the proposal from the wording. TP
