I think the first amendment would apply the same way it applies to Newspapers and other media. If a newspaper can print whatever it wants (at least "truthful" things) because of the 1st amendment, I should be able to buy whatever kind of ad I want whenever I want.

If you argue that restraining my ads is not a violation of my 1st amendment rights, then I would argue that the same would need to apply to any news reporter. They could just speak to the people around them like I could.
