Do analyst upgrades simply mean they have inventory that needs unloading? Can it be that simple? If a brokerage says "buy" then you should sell, and vice versa..

This is based on the theory that no matter how ridiculous the call, there will always be ENOUGH J6P idiots to unload all your shares too?

Say you're a big tech exec, and you approach an investment bank saying you want to dump 1 million shares. do the investment banks promise you that they'll issue a STRONG BUY on your stock in order to get the certificates out the door to the sheeple?

it can't be that easy, can it?
