Can anyone recall the details of the purchase of the Zurich plant Nortel bought? They were required to meet certain minimum purchase targets from JDSU, or pay up to $500 M as a result. Does anyone know the time frame that is involver before the cash difference is payable, if those purchase targets were not met. And in this environment, they probably won't. Carl
