I am not sure where we are Tim. I am looking for us to turn back up by tomorrow. I don't think the rally will threaten the Jan highs in tech, but it am looking for the best wee rally we've had in weeks. From there, I think it heads back down. I am currently subscribing to the view that we make a more lasting low in late April.
