Hmmm... you get it totally wrong as usual, limtextile (I recommend other reading alongside the old QCOM press releases and Victoria´s Secret catalogues).

The Old Continent had continent wide, all roaming, all dancing wireless circuit switched data already back in early nineties. Now it is covered by GPRS. Our American brothers, well, (I´m trying to be generous here), er, they are doing their best here.
