You are quite correct, I've learned my opinion doesn't matter, only Mr. Market's when it comes to where a stock "should be" trading at. Also, agree on VPI's debt, production, (don't forget Latin America exposure).

However, in general VPI is a very crude heavy E&P compared to most. I think it's a leading indicator of where crude will be 6+ months from now. It's just one factor amoung many that I look at.
