We're going to have to send you to the Gloop Room pretty soon. <g> After watching Neil Young and his CSN friends on Sunday night, and seeing the energy level NY has, I went to work out last night. I was talking to one of the trainers at the place I go to work out, and he showed me one of his training/fitness mags....which had a picture on the cover of Neil Young with his trainer doing a workout.... I took that home to show the kids last night...and told them if they wanted to end up in good shape with lots of energy when they get older, exercise was the way to go. If not.....well, Young was standing in between David Crosby and Stephen Stills during most of the concert. Not much better visual proof than that of the virtues of exercise LOL The kids got on the treadmill after seeing that. <g>
